Project Assistant – Hybrid

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised, friendly and approachable individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support to our Project Management team.
You will be joining a team of highly experienced project managers on a wide variety of projects. The position is extremely rewarding and varied and we are very happy to train the ideal candidate.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Preparing project enquires
- Client project documentation preparation
- Client query and project coordination
- Technical submissions production
- Preparation of Health and Safety Documentation
- Procurement support
- Project & Market analysis
- Prepare and collate handover documentation
- Quality Control
- Cross Department liaison
- Occasionally travelling to site
- Self-Motivated
- Experienced in a technical or building services background
- Strong report writing skills
- Positive communication skills
- IT Literate
- Customer Focused
- Flexibility
